Today Jen and I sent the kids to school and decided to head to the comfort of a local coffee shop to chat and plan out our lives this week.
Coffee shops here in Delhi are pretty decent. They’re cheap, too. Just about a dollar for a cappuccino. But since coffee drinking is a relatively new concept, they’re always changing and trying to add something “funky” to the menu, or interior, or, apparently, the music playlist.
While we were hanging out at a Cafe Coffee Day today, the shop was playing such songs as Vanilla Ice’s “Ice Ice Baby”, “The Chicken Dance” song, and “Mr Bombastic“.
Seriously. I am not making this up. They actually played this stuff. To customers.
I was shocked and appalled. Jen started groovin’ and (I am not making this up) actually did the Chicken Dance. 😐
Too bad you didn’t have a picture of Jen doing the chicken dance. And I love Ice Ice Baby.
I can sooo see Jen doing that! Ha….that would have been a blast to watch!
